Global Action Required : Green Ban on Rare Earth Ore Exports to Malaysia

3000 people have already signed the petition, the campaign is growing so we are moving to Care2 so we can reach our goal of 50,000 signatures

 "We are the undersigned,

I call on Western Australian politicians to impose a Green Ban on the transportation and shipping of rare earth ore concentrate from the port of Fremantle to Kuantan, Malaysia.

I support the thousands of Malaysians who are opposing Australian rare earth miner, Lynas Corporation and their rare earth refinery in Kuantan. The Lynas Advanced Materials Plant (LAMP) poses too many threats to the local community and surrounding environments ....."
